- During Japanese holidays, transportation congestion may occur, and refunds cannot be issued due to traffic jams

- In case of special weather conditions, a decision on whether to cancel the departure will be made 1 day prior to the scheduled date.
- For regular tours, infants under 3 years old require a signed liability waiver to join
