If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged. I

Important Notes:
1. Since your clothes may get wet, please prepare appropriate clothing and footwear for water activities. We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes to change into after the activity.
2. Please ensure to arrive at the activity location at least 15 minutes in advance for preparation and briefing.
