This lesson is unsuitable for children under the age of 12 and pregnant women. Intoxicated persons won't be allowed to do this lesson. Tides and surf conditions change daily. To ensure the best possible conditions, your lesson could take place any time between 6:30am and 5:30pm. If you've booked the day before your experience, please note your lesson could be early in the morning. You'll also receive an email confirming the exact time of your lesson Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your lesson starts. The local partner will do their best to accommodate you for your preferred slot time but you may be contacted with an alternative lesson time.
