Both the helicopter and airplane segments can be either 25 minutes or 45 minutes in duration. The same applies to the daytime or sunset Hummer tour, depending on your selected option.

Guests who are 18 years old and above must present a government-issued form of ID at check-in.

Purses, backpacks, and other baggage cannot be taken on board due to space limitations. Additionally, selfie sticks and extended camera poles are prohibited around the aircraft for safety reasons.

Layered clothing should be worn from March through September, while winter attire is advised from October until mid-March. It's also highly recommended to wear sneakers or hiking boots.
