Booking FAQs

Be sure to carry a valid photo ID or birth certificate for infants, children, and youth. Swimsuit, towel, and clean flip-flops are required for entry to the spa.

Children under 14 years are only allowed in the Galaxy Zone and must be accompanied by an adult. Guests with heart conditions or other serious medical issues are not allowed to participate. Entry is prohibited for guests with open wounds, rashes, contagious conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

For access to the spa, proper swimwear, towels, and clean flip-flops are mandatory. You can also rent them at the venue if needed. Non-swimmers are advised to visit with a companion who can swim and provide close supervision. ID or a birth certificate is required for infants, children, and youth for age verification. Facilities like personal lockers, luggage storage, and free Wi-Fi are available. The Palm and Elysium Zones are restricted to guests aged 14 and above. Tip: Don’t miss the stunning sunset views from the terrace of the Mango Tree restaurant in the Elysium Zone.
