In addition, <strong>depending on</strong> your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join, <strong>and no refund will be provided.</strong>
·Participants with claustrophobia are strictly prohibited from joining this activity.
·Please note that even if you are not currently taking medication, having a prior history of any aforementioned conditions will still disqualify you from participating.

· Participants with medical conditions not mentioned above must inquire before making a reservation.
· Refunds or compensations cannot be requested if no prior inquiry is made or if the condition is only reported on the activity day.

In such cases, the snorkeling tour will be switched to an alternative location near the Blue Cave. Please note that no refunds or compensations will be provided under these circumstances.
· Participants who fail to follow the instructor's instructions during the tour may be disqualified from participation. No refunds or compensations will be provided for such cases.
· The activity will proceed as scheduled even under rainy conditions if the waves remain calm.
