Booking FAQs

Guests 18 years and older must bring a government-issued form of identification. Layered clothing is recommended from March - Sept, and winter clothing from Oct to mid-March. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.

Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space. Use of 'selfie sticks' and extended camera poles is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.

Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. In the event of an increased price of aviation fuel, a per-person fuel surcharge may apply.
