Excess or oversized luggage that cannot be accommodated safely. Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Infants and children must be included in the total passenger headcount; exceeding the maximum capacity is not allowed.

Wheelchairs can only be accommodated in larger vehicles. This 7-seater car is not wheelchair accessible.
