Hotel pick-up is available from select locations on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown, typically 80-130 minutes before flight departure. Self-transport passengers must arrive at the air terminal at least 45 minutes before departure. The total tour duration is 7 hours, with 70 minutes spent flying. Passengers under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+ years). Children aged 0-1 can fly free on a parent’s lap; those over 2 need their own seat. Be prepared to provide your weight during check-in for seating arrangements. Passengers exceeding 299lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) will be charged for an additional comfort seat.

Airplanes may store wheelchairs if space allows, but helicopters cannot accommodate wheelchairs. Helicopters require two steps (18 inches high) to board, while airplanes may have up to seven steps. Passengers requiring assistance must have a companion to help with boarding and disembarking.

A valid government-issued ID is required for passengers 16 years and older.
