Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at boarding. Arrive at the boarding location at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure timely check-in.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on board. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the vessel. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are not allowed on board.

This experience is not fully wheelchair accessible. Only the lower deck is wheelchair accessible.

Children under 3 years old may join for free, whereas children aged 3 to 11 are required to purchase children’s tickets. Drinks are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the lower deck is wheelchair accessible. An entertainment tax of €2.60 per person applies and is not included in the ticket price. Any on-board payment incurs an additional €2 per person. Public holidays carry a €5 per person surcharge. Paid parking is available near the boarding locations.
