The adventure begins at the RoofClimb Centre located at Adelaide Oval, where excitement fills the air as you check in and are outfitted with a climbing suit and harness. A complete safety briefing follows, ensuring everyone is comfortable before stepping out onto the stadium’s rooftop.
What to expect
Safely harnessed, your group traverses a specially constructed walkway above the Oval. Through headsets, guides highlight landmarks such as the Adelaide Hills and Torrens River while sharing tales of the stadium's sporting achievements and cultural significance. At the lean-out point, you're secured in place to tip back over the edge of the roof for an exhilarating view that leaves a lasting impression.

Wear fully enclosed rubber-soled shoes for grip and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather conditions on your day of climbing. Cameras, phones, and jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, drop earrings, and watches are not permitted.
This experience is restricted to guests who are at least 120 cm in height, over the age of 8 years old, and under 136 kg.
From your vantage point on the rooftop, you'll see landmarks like the Adelaide Hills and River Torrens. You also have options to choose a day, twilight, or night climb for varying city vistas.
You’ll be provided with all necessary safety gear including climbing suits, harnesses, lanyards, and lockers. A headset is also included to listen to your guide’s commentary throughout the climb.
After completing your climb, you can enjoy a premium alcoholic drink or soft drink in the Climb Lounge as part of your experience package.
Your ticket includes a guided roof climb across Adelaide Oval’s rooftop, live commentary via headset from an expert RoofClimb Leader, safety briefing and all necessary equipment. Photography is not allowed during your climb. However, you will receive a complimentary group photo as part of the experience.
This climbing experience does not accommodate guests with certain mobility needs or limitations due to its nature and height requirements.

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.
This experience is restricted for guests with medically diagnosed acrophobia, broken bones, severely impaired limbs, cardiac issues, epilepsy, back or joint injury, syncope, or who have recently undergone surgery.
Guests over 20 weeks pregnant are restricted from participating in this experience.
To participate in this experience, you must be above 155 cm in height, over 8 years old, and under 136 kg.
Children aged between 8 and 15 years must be accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of 3 children per adult.
Guests over the age of 75 will need to have the Medical Clearance Form signed by their doctor 21 days prior to the date of the climb. Guests can provide the signed form at the time of check-in or submit it 7 days before the scheduled climb.
Guests will be provided with an attachment lanyard for sunglasses and prescription glasses.
Guests are required to sign the declaration and disclaimer form and complete a breathalyzer test. Anyone who records a blood alcohol reading of 0.05% or higher will not be allowed to participate in the climb.
Guests under the age of 18 will need to get the declaration form signed by their parent or legal guardian and present it on the day of the climb.
Guests with diabetes must conduct a blood glucose level test no more than 15 minutes before the scheduled climb in the presence of our personnel and obtain a reading between 6-15 mmol/dl to participate in the experience.
