</li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,2,1,1,0">Riders must strictly follow all instructions given by the professional tour guide. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification from the tour without a refund.

<ul data-path-to-node="3,3,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,3,1,0,0">Complimentary personal accident insurance is included for all participants aged 5 to 65 years old.
</li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,3,1,1,0">Please note that the insurance covers bodily injuries sustained during the activity but does not cover damage to personal property (e.g., mobile phones, cameras, or clothing).

<ul data-path-to-node="3,4,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,4,1,0,0">Any severe damage to the ATV caused by reckless driving, intentional negligence, or failure to follow the guide’s direct instructions will be the financial responsibility of the rider.

<ul data-path-to-node="3,5,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,1,0,0">Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time will receive a full (100%) refund.
</li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,1,1,0">Cancellations made within 24 hours or "no-shows" on the day of the activity are strictly non-refundable.
</li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,1,2,0">Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 12 hours before the tour begins.
