<li><p data-path-to-node="3,0,0"><b data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Age Requirements:</b> <ul data-path-to-node="3,0,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,0,1,0,0">To operate and drive the ATV (Single Ride), participants must be between <b data-path-to-node="3,0,1,0,0" data-index-in-node="73">12 to 65 years old</b>. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,0,1,1,0">To ride as a passenger (Tandem Ride), children must be at least <b data-path-to-node="3,0,1,1,0" data-index-in-node="64">5 years old</b>. </li></ul></li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,1,0"><b data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Health and Safety Restrictions:</b> <ul data-path-to-node="3,1,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,1,1,0,0">This activity is strictly not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back, neck, or heart conditions, or anyone with limited physical mobility. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,1,1,1,0">Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that impairs judgment or physical coordination during the tour. </li></ul></li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,2,0"><b data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Safety Compliance:</b> <ul data-path-to-node="3,2,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,2,1,0,0">All participants must wear the provided safety gear (helmet and boots) at all times while on the ATV track. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,2,1,1,0">Riders must strictly follow all instructions given by the professional tour guide. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification from the tour without a refund. </li></ul></li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,3,0"><b data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Insurance Coverage:</b> <ul data-path-to-node="3,3,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,3,1,0,0">Complimentary personal accident insurance is included for all participants aged 5 to 65 years old. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,3,1,1,0">Please note that the insurance covers bodily injuries sustained during the activity but does not cover damage to personal property (e.g., mobile phones, cameras, or clothing). </li></ul></li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,4,0"><b data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Damage and Liability:</b> <ul data-path-to-node="3,4,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,4,1,0,0">Any severe damage to the ATV caused by reckless driving, intentional negligence, or failure to follow the guide’s direct instructions will be the financial responsibility of the rider. </li></ul></li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,0"><b data-path-to-node="3,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:</b> <ul data-path-to-node="3,5,1"><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,1,0,0">Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time will receive a full (100%) refund. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,1,1,0">Cancellations made within 24 hours or "no-shows" on the day of the activity are strictly non-refundable. </li><li><p data-path-to-node="3,5,1,2,0">Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 12 hours before the tour begins. </li></ul></li>
