Departure at 9:00 AM from the Petruzzelli Theater in Bari, destination Alberobello, approximately 1 hour by car from Bari.
At 10:00 AM, we will arrive in Alberobello, a fairytale-like town, an enchanted place where it feels like walking among gnome houses. In reality, it is a genuine village where the inhabitants live year-round in small circular buildings with stone conical roofs adorned with mysterious symbols. Its historic center is one of the most famous UNESCO sites in the region. Within its winding alleys that climb up the hill, there are over a thousand trulli, typical peasant dwellings with a long and fascinating history! Alberobello is the most important stop on your trip to Puglia!
Martina Franca is an enchanting Apulian village located in the Itria Valley. You will be enchanted by the beauty of its churches, noble palaces, and the characteristic historic center, where every corner offers an unmissable view.
After lunch, we will arrive in Locorotondo. This small white town is perched on a hill overlooking the Itria Valley, dotted with trulli and vineyards. It is famous for the production of a local white DOC wine. The name refers to the shape of the city, a round place that is still clearly visible today, giving the historic center the appearance of a white round crown. Everything here is quiet, clean, and blooming, like a fantasy village. Amidst the clean and white alleys, you can breathe in the aromas of the local Apulian peasant cuisine, which reaches perfection here!
At 2:30 PM, departure from Locorotondo to Bari, where we will arrive around 3:30 PM.
