Your Experience

Enjoy the calm waters along Amanohashidate and Ine. Same-day reservations are allowed, so you can just book your trip and start traveling as transportation services for each area operate daily! Enjoy a bus tour going to Tango as it passes by several sightseeing spots.

Amanohashidate Sightseeing Boat

This sightseeing boat travels to both ends of the Amanohashidate sandbar in about 12 minutes. Enjoy the cruise while gazing at the pine trees and breathing in the pleasant sea breeze. You can also feed the seagulls while onboard for an unforgettable memory.

Ine Bay Sightseeing Boat

This sightseeing boat travels along the calm Ine Bay for about 25 minutes. Watch out for Ine's main attraction: the funaya ("boat houses"). On a lucky day, dolphins in the area will sometimes approach the boat! Similar to the Amanohashidate Sightseeing Boat, you'll also have the chance to feed seagulls while onboard.

Amanohashidate Kasamatsu Park

Kasamatsu Park is on the northern side of Amanohashidate. It is well-loved by tourists for its panoramic view of the pine trees dividing Miyazu Bay and Asoumi Sea. At the park, tourists do the famous "Matanozoki" position, wherein they turn their backs to Amanohashidate and bend over to view the amazing landform from between their legs. The unique view makes the trees look like a bridgeway to heaven.

Nariaiji Temple

From Kasamatsu Park, take the bus up the mountain road for about 7 minutes to go to Nariaiji Temple. The temple is known for its colorful flowers and greenery during the spring and fall. There are also other attractions around the temple for guests to enjoy. Note that a separate fee will be charged for the admission ticket to Nariaiji Temple.
