Booking FAQs

Pets are not allowed inside the park, with the exception of registered service animals. Weapons and sharp objects are strictly forbidden. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited throughout the park. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Selfie sticks and glass items are not allowed. Children under 14 years must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion aged 14 or older; unaccompanied minors will not be admitted.

Timings for the attraction change frequently. Please check the operational hours for the selected day before visiting. You can check the schedule here. Ride restrictions apply by height, age, and weight: Tots rides are 36–52 inches; family rides are 42–48 inches; and thrill rides are 44–52 inches. Some attractions also have a maximum weight limit of 165 lbs per seat or 300 lbs per ride. On the Space Madness ride, children aged 3 to 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 2 can enter the park for free. Re-entry is not allowed once you exit Nickelodeon Universe. Ride availability may change without notice due to maintenance. Free single-use lockers are available for thrill rides and can be used for up to 45 minutes. All guests under 14 must be with a Supervising Companion (14 years or older) who can assist with ride instructions and safety requirements.

The park is fully accessible for guests using wheelchairs, with designated accessible paths and facilities throughout.

A valid photo ID is required, especially for guests aged 65 and above, as it may be requested upon entry. Proper attire is mandatory. Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times while inside the park.
