Outside food and drinks, and large items, such as a suitcase or pram, are not allowed onboard.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Children up to and including 3 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 12 pay the same price as adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If the weather is nice, the cruise will take place on an open boat. When it’s rainy or cold, we sail with a covered boat. During the summer, the boats are not equipped with a canopy. There are enough umbrellas on board the boat to keep you dry during your cruise. If there is heavy summer rain, the skipper will seek refuge. If the weather is bad, the cruise will be cancelled. You will be notified in advance so you can rebook or cancel the reservation. All salon boats are heated. During winter, there are plenty of blankets on board to keep you warm. Please arrive 15 mins before your departure. Large bachelor and birthday groups are not allowed on this trip. Bringing pets is allowed as long as it doesn’t disrupt other passengers.
