Children up to and including 3 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 4 and 12 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 12 pay the same price as adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 15 mins before your departure. All boats are covered, allowing you to be warm and comfortable regardless of the weather. During winter, most boats have plenty of blankets on board to keep you warm. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather. If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date. This experience includes alcoholic beverages. Availability is subject to age restrictions and local laws. Please carry a valid ID. Drink responsibly. A fairly big step has to be made into the boat; stewards will assist with this. Large bachelor and birthday groups are not allowed on this trip.
