This experience is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible boats only depart from the dock opposite Hard Rock Cafe at the 10:30am, 12pm, 2pm, and 3:30pm time slots. Your guide dogs are welcome on the cruise.

Children up to and including 4 years old may board for free. Children between the ages of 5 and 11 years can board with discounted tickets. Children older than 11 pay the same price as adults. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Most boats have a roof that closes fully and have central heating on board. So even if it is cold outside, you will be warm inside the boat. The boats mostly sail within the city centre, where the water stays very calm, so they can sail in almost any weather. If a cruise cannot take place due to extreme weather circumstances, the company will contact you to reschedule your ticket to another date. Please arrive 15 mins before your departure.
