Avoid touching the sandstone walls, as the walls are delicate and easily prone to erosion. Mobility aids such as hiking poles, canes, or walkers are not permitted. No large bags, selfie sticks, tripods, or monopods are allowed. Video filming is prohibited, though photography is welcome. Pets are not allowed to join the tour.

Check in at least 30 minutes before your tour begins. There are no restrooms inside; use facilities beforehand. All tours follow Arizona time.
