Food and drinks are not allowed inside either museum. Photography and video recording inside Chapultepec Castle require an extra fee. Pets are not permitted inside. Only certified service animals are allowed.

The Anthropology Museum is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Chapultepec Castle has limited accessibility due to stairs and steep paths. There are no elevators inside the castle, especially for the upper floors.
