Keep in mind cameras, jewellery, hair accessories or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water for the safety of the animals. Pack wisely!

The poolside experience is suitable for all ages and children 2 years old and below have complimentary access. The in-water experience is only suitable for 8 years and above. Minimum height of at least 1.2m is required in order to participate. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Pregnant individuals need to consult their physician before booking this experience. Participants of the experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. Exact operating hours can change without prior notice.
