Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the tour or inside the Chicago Architecture Center. Pets are not allowed; only registered service animals may join the tour. Alcohol, drugs, and intoxicated guests are strictly prohibited during the experience and inside the Center. Smoking and vaping are not allowed during the walking tour or inside the Center. Entry to other Chicago landmarks (e.g., Wrigley Building, Chicago Riverwalk, Aqua Tower, Tribune Tower, The Art Institute of Chicago, John Hancock Center, Millennium Park) is not included.

The walking tour is not ADA accessible; stairs and uneven terrain are involved. Wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted on the tour.
