Tripods, selfie sticks, and flash photography are prohibited at all three museums. Food & drinks are not allowed inside all three museums. Each has a few dining options if you want to grab a bite.

All three venues are wheelchair-accessible. Guide dogs and emotional support animals are allowed, subject to a valid medical certificate.

Your Art Walk Pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase. However, keep in mind that you can only enter each museum once. All children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Show your smartphone ticket at each museum; at Thyssen, enter directly, while at Prado and Reina Sofía, you must exchange your voucher at the designated ticket offices.
