Arrive at Dolphin Cay, located between The Cove and the fitness center, at least 20-mins before your scheduled session. Present your booking confirmation, valid ID, and completed waiver form. After check-in, you’ll receive your wristband and instructions before heading into your dolphin experience and exploring the resort.

Booking FAQs

Valid photo ID and your booking confirmation (mobile or printed). Completed waiver form (recommended to fill in advance to save time). Swimwear to wear under the provided wetsuit for the dolphin interaction. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable footwear for moving around the resort.

Personal cameras, phones, or electronic devices are not permitted during the dolphin interaction. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside Aquaventure. Loose items may not be allowed on certain rides for safety reasons. Some attractions may have height, weight, or health restrictions.

Certain areas of the resort are accessible, but some rides and experiences may have mobility limitations. The dolphin interaction takes place in shallow water; participants should be comfortable standing in waist-deep water. Guests should be prepared to walk between different areas of the large resort. Assistance may be available on request; check with staff on arrival.

Open to all ages; children under 4 can join for free. A paying adult must accompany guests under 13. Guests aged 10–13 require either a participating adult or an observer pass. The dolphin interaction includes a brief orientation followed by approximately 25–30 minutes in the water. Wetsuits, lockers, and towels are provided for the dolphin experience. Arrive at least 20-mins before your scheduled dolphin session for check-in. Schedules and availability may vary due to weather or operational conditions.
