Head to Dolphin Cay, located between The Cove and the fitness center, at least 20-mins before your scheduled session. Present your booking confirmation, valid ID, and completed waiver form. After check-in, you’ll receive your wristband and instructions before beginning your dolphin swim and exploring the resort.

Booking FAQs

Carry a valid ID and your booking confirmation (digital or printed). Complete your waiver form in advance to avoid delays at check-in. Wear swimwear underneath, as wetsuits are provided for the dolphin swim. Pack essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, and comfortable footwear for a full day at the resort.

Personal devices, including phones and cameras, cannot be used during the dolphin experience. Outside food and drinks are not permitted within Aquaventure. Loose belongings may need to be stored before participating in certain rides. Entry to some attractions is subject to safety restrictions such as height, weight, or health conditions.

While parts of Atlantis are accessible, some rides and activities may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The Swim in Wonder program takes place in deeper water, so basic swimming ability is required. Guests should be prepared for a fair amount of walking across the resort grounds. On-site staff can assist with specific accessibility needs where possible.

The dolphin swim is open to guests aged 6 and above. A participating adult must accompany children under 13. Life vests are provided, and are mandatory for younger participants where required. The session includes an orientation followed by a guided in-water interaction lasting around 30-mins. Snorkel gear, wetsuits, towels, and lockers are included for the experience. Please arrive at least 20-mins before your scheduled time slot. Non-resort guests must hold a Day Pass to access Aquaventure facilities.
