If you have mobility limitations, please contact atletitour@atleticodemadrid.com in advance to arrange your visit. You can carry your baby stroller into the stadium, but keep in mind that access to some areas will involve stairs.

The experience may be suspended or modified without prior notice for sporting or organizational reasons; if this occurs, you will be offered a ticket exchange for another day. During June and July, access to some parts of the stadium will be limited due to events. However, you can still access the museum. You can purchase a bilingual audio guide at the venue for immersive commentary on the stadium, museum, and the club's history. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. Club member discounts are personal and non-transferable. The stadium and museum tours are each one hour.
