Monowitz (Auschwitz III): This tour includes a visit to the former Monowitz labor camp site, crucial for understanding prisoner exploitation by IG Farben during WWII. The German chemical complex, Buna-Werke, was constructed in 1941 near Oświęcim using forced labor and served as part of Auschwitz III-Monowitz concentration camp.
IG Farben Werk Auschwitz: Located in Dwory/Monowice, this site produced synthetic rubber and fuels. Over 10,000 people perished while servicing the project here.
Auschwitz I (Administrative Center): We walk along original camp fences to discuss its establishment in 1940 as an administrative headquarters, sharing stories of those held behind barbed wire.
Rudolf Hoess: The former villa of Auschwitz-Birkenau commandant Rudolf Hoess holds significant historical value. From 1940 to 1944, it housed the camp commandant and his family.
