Ramps are available only at the Eiffel Tower stop for easy wheelchair access. Accessible and paid parking spaces are conveniently located at Port de la Bourdonnais right near the Eiffel Tower stop. Your guide dogs are welcome on the cruise.

Small dogs on a muzzle, leash, or a carrier are welcome on the cruise. Minors must be accompanied by an adult all the time. The tour will close early on July 14 at 1:30pm. Real-time traffic updates and recommendations for nearby activities can also be found on the Web App. A host is available at each boarding point to assist passengers. Please refer to the operating hours, as they may vary depending on the season.
