The park is open from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Last entry: 4:00 p.m.). Same hours apply on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Guidelines for Using Tickets include checking the presentation name, number of people, and reservation site at the ticket booth. Afterward, proceed to the Begonia Garden Entrance.

  • When taking pictures, please turn off the flash as it may startle the birds. (Last entry to the Bird Zone is at 4 PM in summer and 3 PM in winter)
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Please take special care to prevent accidents.
  • For zoo hygiene and accident prevention, external animals are not allowed.
