Upon entering the sand bath area, staff will carefully cover your entire body with warm sand, while a gentle sea breeze blows and the panoramic view of Beppu Bay unfolds before your eyes. A 15-minute sand bath allows your body to slowly warm up from the inside out. The facility cleans and heats the sand beds nine times daily with hot spring water, ensuring every guest can enjoy fresh and clean sand.

Hot Spring Relaxation

After the sand bath, rinse off the sand and move to the spacious ocean-facing public bath. Stretch your limbs in the hot spring and quietly admire the smooth blend of sea and sky over Beppu Bay. Free bathrobes and towels are provided for hot spring baths, along with shampoo, skincare products, hair dryer, and other amenities.

Operations Announcement

The store closes approximately twice a month at irregular intervals. Businesses will operate normally on rainy days; however, they may temporarily close during severe weather such as typhoons for safety reasons, and will not be compensated for any resulting transportation or travel expenses.
