Children under the age of 12 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult.

Passengers can pre-order boarding and alighting assistance from the SBB Call Center Handicap by calling 0800 007 102 or sending an email to mobil@sbb.ch. Children aged 5 and under can travel free of charge without entitlement to their own seat. Reserved seats will be attributed automatically based on availability.
