Bring an umbrella and wear weather-appropriate clothing, as tours run rain or shine. Wear comfortable walking shoes, as the tour includes approximately 2.5 hours of walking. Bring a child car seat if traveling with children under 8 years old or under 57 inches tall, as required by Massachusetts law. Car seats are not provided. Bring only light luggage if needed; the vehicle can generally accommodate up to 4 passengers with luggage.

Large or oversized luggage is not permitted if your group exceeds 4 passengers. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the tour.

This experience is not recommended for guests requiring guaranteed wheelchair or stroller accessibility in buildings. Walking portions can be adjusted for mobility needs, but full accessibility cannot be guaranteed at all stops.

Children of all ages are welcome, but proper car seats must be provided by guests for children under 8 years old or under 57 inches tall. Refunds will not be issued for lack of proper seating on the day of the tour. The tour combines walking and driving, with a flexible pace and itinerary to accommodate most mobility levels. Door-to-door pickup and drop-off are included within the designated range; pickups outside this area may incur an extra fee. Start times are flexible between 8:30am and 11am. Lunch is not included; there will be a break at a local market with various dining options. Gratuities are not included (industry standard is $10–20/hr).
