Booking FAQs

Closed-toe walking shoes along with pants, capris, or knee-length shorts are required. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

Tank tops, short shorts, or clothing that allows direct skin contact with the harness are prohibited. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Alcohol, drugs, or any form of intoxication are strictly forbidden during the tour.

This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Participants should be able to walk on uneven terrain and climb a short set of about 25 stairs. Expectant mothers are not permitted to join.

Only participants weighing between 70 and 270 lbs may take part; weight will be checked at check-in. Transportation to the meeting location is not provided and must be arranged independently. Guests must be at least 8 years old. Tours run in all weather conditions; rainwear is supplied if needed. Participants can choose to exit the course after completing the first two ziplines. Optional GoPro rentals or guide photography services are available for an extra fee. All safety measures meet or exceed the standards set by the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).
