Carry a valid ID and ensure that the name matches that on your booking.

Feeding the animals at any point of your visit is strictly prohibited. Do not touch the animals, throw objects at them, or tap on the glass enclosures. While you can take photographs for personal use, flash photography is a strict no-go. Using bicycles, roller skates, and skateboards is not allowed inside the park.

Bioparc Fuenfirola is wheelchair accessible.

Re-entry is not allowed with the same ticket. If you leave the park, you will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter, unless you have special authorization from the authorities in exceptional cases. Special timings: On the first Friday of June every year, the park closes at 5pm, with last entry capped at 4pm. On December 24 and 31, the park closes at 3pm, with last entry capped at 2pm. If you book a ticket with access to the daily menu, make sure to check the restaurant's timings, as these are subject to vary depending on the season.
