Do not feed, touch, or disturb the animals at Bioparc. Avoid hitting glass or throwing objects to keep them at peace. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Keep your camera tucked away–photography is strictly not allowed at the venue. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the park.

This experience is wheelchair accessible. Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue. However, ensure that you carry the corresponding accreditations for inspection.

Traffic around Bioparc can be heavy in summer. Arriving early or late can help avoid peak-hour congestion. An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 at all times. Children under 4 years old can enter for free. Note: The selected visit time acts as your entry window. You must enter the park within your chosen time slot (up to 2 hours from the slot start). Each slot allows access until the next time slot begins. Once inside, you are free to stay and enjoy the park until closing time. Car parking is available on-site for €7 per day (up to 10 hours); bike parking is free. Bioparc is only 3.9 km from Valencia’s city center, with plenty of easy public transport options to get you there.
