How do I get from/to Bird Paradise to/from the other Mandai wildlife parks?
You may hop on the complimentary inter-park Mandai East-West shuttle, and arrive in 10mins! Buses arrive every 10 minutes during operating hours. For more information, please refer to official Mandai website.
Is tram service available, and how much does it cost?
Bird Paradise is best enjoyed on foot. A complimentary shuttle service is available to bring guests from the entrance to Central Plaza, where the Sky Amphitheatre and several Food & Beverage outlets are located.
Is Bird Paradise wheelchair accessible / friendly?
Yes, majority of Bird Paradise is wheelchair accessible.
What animal presentations are available at Bird Paradise, and do we have to make bookings to watch them?

By Mandai Shuttle: Pick up from Khatib MRT Station (NS14) Exit A Passenger Pick-up Point
By car: Visitors to Bird Paradise can park at Car Park 1 at Mandai Wildlife West. The first hour (inclusive of a 20-minute grace period) is chargeable at $3. Every additional hour or part thereof is chargeable at $2 per hour. Parking charges are capped at $10 per day.
Getting to Bird Paradise from Singapore Zoo, Night Safari or River Wonders? Take the complimentary Mandai East West Shuttle (EWS) and arrive in 10mins!
