Ticket Product Notes • This admission ticket does not guarantee a shorter waiting time. • Operating hours may vary by season. • Some facilities or activity venues may be temporarily closed due to seasonal reasons. • Admission tickets cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or refunded. Resold tickets will be invalid and may result in denied entry, so please be aware. Additionally, they cannot be used in conjunction with other service vouchers. • The facility information and content displayed on the admission ticket sales page and purchased tickets reflect details provided at the time of facility offering, which may differ from information provided by the facility or other parties. While we encourage facilities to notify us of any changes, we cannot guarantee that all information will remain current. • Subject to the validity of the admission ticket, some terms of use may be modified. • Once purchased, cancellations or changes are not accepted under any circumstances. Even if the e-ticket is unused within the validity period, no refund will be issued. Your understanding is appreciated. • Under any circumstances (loss, burning, damage), the admission ticket will not be reissued. Please keep it safe. • In case of severe weather, operations may be suspended, and no compensation will be provided for travel expenses to the destination. E-ticket usage • When using a torn admission voucher, the tablet is not covered under warranty. • When using the admission voucher, please prepare a smartphone with internet access. • Please be careful not to tear the ticket yourself, as torn tickets will not be valid for admission. • Ticket tearing must be performed by staff. Prohibited items • Intoxicated guests will be denied entry. Important Notes ※Cable cars depart every 15 minutes. During peak periods such as weekends, the first departure time may be adjusted earlier based on morning conditions. The last cable car to the summit departs at 16:00. ※Pets must be placed in a cage when riding the cable car. During ski operation periods, pets are not allowed in the entire Biwako Valley facility. Smoking is prohibited while riding the cable car. Please review and agree to the following before use: ● Available for use the day after purchase. ● Due to mountain weather conditions, operations may be altered or canceled. No Cancellation and Non-refundable If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:59 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.<br/>A fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations requested before 9:00 AM on the day of date of use.<br/>A fee of 100% will be charged
