Please bring your ticket and a valid photo ID for verification. Download your tickets ahead of time, as on-site Wi-Fi is limited.

Large suitcases and oversized baggage are not permitted inside the zoo.

Blackpool Zoo is fully wheelchair accessible. However, the zoo features mixed terrain, including tarmac, concrete, brick, tile, dirt paths, and aggregate surfaces. Accessible toilets are available at every toilet block. All public buildings offer at least one wheelchair-accessible entrance. Service animals are not allowed inside Blackpool Zoo. Subject to availability, trained assistance dogs can be looked after by staff if arranged in advance. To arrange this, email info@blackpoolzoo.org.uk or call 01253 830830 for more information.

Last entry is 45 minutes before closing. The zoo opens daily at 10am, though closing times may vary seasonally. One free carer ticket is available per paying visitor with a disability (valid proof required on arrival). Parking is not included and costs GBP 4.50 per day. Guests who have not downloaded tickets in advance may be refused entry due to limited on-site Wi-Fi.
