Bring a reusable water bottle, hat, sunscreen, camera, and cash for food and beverages. Wear flat, sealed shoes and bring a jacket, as weather conditions can change rapidly. Bring an umbrella if rain is forecast. Only a small day pack is permitted on the bus due to space constraints.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the bus. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Return to Sydney is via ferry to Circular Quay, with an approximate arrival time of 5:45pm (timing may vary). Food and beverages are not included; bring cash to purchase meals during the tour. Children under 2 years old are free if not occupying a seat; if a seat is required, please purchase a Child ticket. Payment is required at the time of booking; credit card and PayPal payments incur a 2.1% fee. No refunds are provided for missed rides or poor weather at Scenic World.
