Food and beverages are not permitted inside the simulator area. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited on the premises. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals. Large bags, suitcases, and bulky items are not allowed inside the experience area.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for check-in and a safety briefing. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The experience is suitable for guests aged 7 and above. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Photography and video recording may be restricted during the simulator session.
