Booking FAQs
1. Children policy: Children aged 1-4 are free (but if meals are required, there is a charge of 450 pesos per child).
2. During the Habagat season (June to September), low tides may cause travel delays.
3. The cruise will proceed rain or shine, but in case of extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If canceled, you can reschedule or request a full refund.
Participants aged 1–17 must have an adult present to sign the disclaimer. Please download and complete the signing in advance before arrival.
Children under 6 years old and seniors over 65 must be accompanied by family members throughout the activity and confirm their physical condition allows participation.
6. Water activities involve certain risks. Please strictly follow the staff's guidance and wear proper life-saving equipment when participating.
7. Please take good care of your personal belongings during the trip to avoid losses from falling into water.
8. People with severe heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or other illnesses, as well as those who are physically unwell or have mobility issues, are not suitable for this activity.
9. Do not litter or damage the marine environment.
10. Prohibited items include flammable, explosive, and other hazardous materials on board.
11. During the activity, please respect local cultural customs and follow staff arrangements to maintain a pleasant travel experience together.
12. Gratuities are not included in the itinerary. If you're satisfied with the staff's service, you may tip according to local customs.
We will contact you in advance via WeChat/WhatsApp/email to notify you of the specific itinerary. On the day of your visit, present your confirmation voucher at the meeting point.
Please bring suitable clothing for water activities, swimsuits, goggles, and personal items such as towels.
Please bring sun protection items such as sunscreen, a sun hat, and sunglasses to avoid sunburn from prolonged outdoor activity.
If there are fewer than 10 participants, the activity will be canceled. In this case, you will receive a refund.
