If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged. If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Booking FAQs
1. Meeting time is 4:30 PM on the day of use.
2. Please arrive at the meeting point on time. Staff will wait at the meeting point for 10 minutes. If you are late and unable to participate, it will be considered an automatic waiver of the itinerary, and no refund will be issued.
If you require staff to pick you up from the hotel, please make a reservation in advance. The staff will determine the fee based on your hotel location. If you accept the service, you can pay the driver directly on the day of pickup.
4. Please wear your swimwear under your clothes before departure, as there are no changing rooms or restrooms on board. You can rent a beach towel from the hotel to bring along.
5. Not suitable for: People with high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnant women, or children under 3 years old.
6. Due to limited space on board and potential rough seas causing the ship to sway, please ensure personal safety and protect your belongings to prevent items from falling overboard. Special attention must be paid to children's safety when traveling with them.
7. This sailing activity can only be arranged around sunset. If other circumstances arise temporarily and it cannot be precisely scheduled for sunset viewing, the activity will still proceed as planned, and the itinerary must be completed. We appreciate your understanding.
