This experience is wheelchair accessible. This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with claustrophobia, motion sickness, hearing issues, or vertigo. YGuests with cardiac issues or epilepsy are restricted from participating in this experience. Service dogs are permitted only for a seated experience to avoid collision with other users.

Facilities: Lockers, parking, toilets. Children aged 10 & 11 must be accompanied in the experience to take part, and children from ages 12 - 18 must be accompanied to the venue by a parent or guardian to sign the public liability, but can enter the experience without an adult.
