Booking FAQs

Bring socks, as they are mandatory for entry to the Bubble Bath room. Dress comfortably for interactive activities. Bring a valid photo ID if requested at the entrance.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the experience for security reasons. Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant. Accessible restrooms are available on site.

Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children aged 2 and under enter for free. The experience duration is approximately 60–90 minutes. Parking is available on site for $7 per vehicle for up to 3 hours. Access to the VR experience is not included for standard ticket holders but can be purchased separately on site. All ages are welcome.
