Strollers are not allowed inside the experience but can be left at the entrance. Outside food and drinks may not be brought in. Pets are not permitted. Professional cameras, tripods, and other heavy equipment are not allowed inside.

The venue is accessible for visitors with reduced mobility. Certified service animals are welcome. The experience is not suitable for those who are visually impaired, though guests with hearing impairments can fully participate.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. Children aged 8 and above can participate in the VR experience independently. Socks are required for participation in the bubble bath area.
