- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Passing the airport-style security check is necessary for every visitor
- For safety reasons, the pen-knives, scissors and pushchairs are not permitted in Buckingham Palace. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit
- The large personal belongings, which are larger than 45cm x 20cm x 30cm, cannot be taken into the Palace
- Having food and beverage are not allowed inside Buckingham Palace, with the exception of bottled water
- Photography is not permitted inside Buckingham Palace
- Clients that require mobility access must book directly with Buckingham Palace
