Please carry a valid photo ID along with your booking voucher for check-in. Wear warm clothing during winter, and bring a light jacket for cooler evenings in summer. Don’t forget your camera to capture scenic views of Budapest from the river.

This cruise is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers, as boarding involves a few steps. Guide dogs and service animals are permitted onboard.

Bringing outside food or drinks onto the boat is not allowed. Self-balancing mobility devices and scooters are prohibited for safety reasons.

Guests are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Restrooms onboard become unavailable approximately 5 minutes before arrival at the dock. Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
