Booking FAQs

QR vouchers can't be used for boarding the shuttle, you’ll have to exchange them for a physical ticket at the exchange office before boarding.

After arriving at the 1st floor of Incheon Airport Terminal 1, head to exit gate 6 for the pass exchange office, which is open from 6am to 10pm daily. Children under the age of 6 years travel free with one fare-paying passenger. Child fares apply if a seat is needed for the child or if one adult accompanies two children. Coach service is only available at Terminal 1. Each ticket permits two pieces of baggage under 25 inches and one piece over 28 inches, including carry-on bags.
