Wear comfortable shoes for this experience. Shutterbugs don't leave your camera behind. Get a reusable water bottle on this tour. Bring your hats and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun. Get a jacket too, to weather the cool winds. If your flight time is from April to October (in winter), you need to wear warm clothes to prevent the cold; in other months, there will be warm airflow due to the burning of hot air balloons, so you do not need to wear special warm clothes

Due to weight and safety restrictions, handbags and backpacks may not be carried on the hot air balloon. Please do not bring large tote bags.

This experience is not recommended for pregnant women and people with mobility impairments.

Children aged 3 and under are restricted from participating in this experience. Children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult. It is recommended to wear long trousers and sturdy walking or casual shoes; skirts, slippers, high heels, multilayered outfits, and white clothing are not advised. The basket is about 4 feet tall and has 2 foot holds on the side to use as a step ladder to enter and exit the basket unassisted Guests are expected to remain standing throughout the flight. There are no restrictions based on weight for the experience; however, we request that individuals over 220 pounds mention their weight at the time of reservation. Complimentary pickup service is included. Please be present in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your designated pickup time. If you have shared your mobile number, you will receive a text message containing your driver's information and a link to live tracking for your convenience. Unless the camera fails, digital photos will be provided on every flight. If the camera fails, no compensation or refund will be given. Please note that the timings might be adjusted due to seasonal changes, and the specific schedule is subject to the reservation confirmation you received.
